Dear Surgical group- looks like you are doing great! How wonderful that you have been able to perform ligations and some deliveries. I hope you are finding balance between work and cultural epxeriences. As you probably know we are being pounded with Nor'easter weather causing our own flooding and mudslides, but we are fortunate to have so many more resources.
